Welcome! If it feels like life has been dishing you out some serious whiplash lately, you’re in the right place. I’m here to sort through the chaos and overwhelm with you. I hope to foster therapeutic relationships that are warm, transparent, and feel more conversational than clinical but with all the same value.

Whether you're navigating a major life transition or emerging into adulthood, I take a strengths-based approach to help you tap into your inner resilience. By highlighting your strengths, we can build a clearer picture of who you are, what you value, and what you're capable of, fostering your ability to take charge of your life and navigate challenges with confidence. This approach reveals the promise and hope within even the most painful narratives. While we work to emphasize the empowering aspects of your story, I'll always approach it with a trauma-informed lens, ensuring it first receives the attention, space, and validation it deserves.

As an Intern Therapist with a degree focus in Art Therapy, I offer an invitation to integrate art-making into sessions to deeper process and make sense of our personal narratives. Please know that art-making during sessions is not required; it is just an expressive tool and resource available if wanted or needed. It can be facilitated at your comfort level or not used at all.
