I am a Master’s-level Social Work Intern committed to helping individuals navigate life’s toughest moments. I believe healing is possible even in the face of pain and adversity. I am committed to walking alongside my clients to help them restore their strength, hope, and purpose. I integrate a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic principles, helping clients understand how thoughts and emotions shape behavior while exploring deeper patterns rooted in their past. My mission is to empower individuals to unlock their potential and find healing.
My focus is in working with women and children experiencing trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD (C-PTSD), depression, anxiety, self harm, adjustment disorders, and major life changes. My goal is to offer a compassionate space for processing emotions, fostering resilience, and strengthening identity. Life’s challenges don’t define us.
With the right support, growth and healing are in reach. If you or your child are seeking a compassionate partner in this journey, I am here to help. To book an appointment, email me and I will respond as soon as I can. Together, we can build a path toward a brighter future. I look forward to meeting you!
