At Switchback Counseling Services, our mission is to make quality mental health care accessible to all members of our community. We provide professional counseling services at a highly discounted rate, recognizing the financial challenges that can often burden individuals seeking therapy. Our commitment is to break down barriers to mental health support, ensuring that cost is never a hindrance to personal well-being. Through compassionate and inclusive counseling, we strive to empower individuals on their journey to healing, fostering a resilient and thriving community where everyone can prioritize their mental health without financial strain.
Services
Our therapists use a variety of treatment modalities, including interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, family systems, humanistic, psychodynamic and more. We offer individual therapy for adults, adolescents and older children, play therapy for younger children, premarital counseling, and couples therapy. We are also proud to offer EMDR, Brainspotting, and Neurofeedback. Switchback Counseling hasstrong ties to the local community and our clinicians are happy to provide psychoeducational programming to schools and organizations.
How it Works
Our sliding scale fee structure provides a framework for adjusting session fees based on clients' income levels while ensuring that mental health services remain accessible and affordable to individuals across different socioeconomic backgrounds in Tennessee.
While Switchback Counseling Services does provide financial relief to those who qualify, any resident of Tennessee is eligible to become a client of Switchback.
